Why can't I place an order right now?
No need to worry! Be sure to refresh the page and try again in a few minutes. The ordering site is on its own server, so it may be overwhelmed. We have been very efficient so far with our orders; it should not take long!
Are you doing sundae kits?
Yes! You can find it on the menu as a new item to make a delicious sundae at home! It comes with two pints, two 4 oz. toppings and one sauce.
What is the difference between the two types of fudge?
The pint of hot fudge is our regular hot fudge that we sell. S&F is also a great brand that is in a pre-packaged jar. We just wanted to offer something smaller as well. Both are delicious options!
For curbside pickup, can I put my order in for later or do I have to order "now"?
The online ordering software does not allow us to do both, so at the moment, the only option is to place your order "now."
If it's almost closing time, why can't I place an order?
Each order has a pickup time based on how large the order is. If an order exceeds our closing time or if there are a lot of orders already placed, then it will not allow a new order to go through.
Where can I find your flavors?
You can find the flavors on our website menu here. When purchasing, you can see the flavors after you select your item (scoop, pint, or quart).

Can I call in my order?
Unfortunately, no, you do need to place your order online. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Are you serving frappes, sundaes, or soft serve?
Yes! We are now offering sundaes and frappes through our "I'm Here" menu. This will be available from 12-5 daily. Please see the home page for directions on how to order.
Unfortunately, we are not doing soft serve yet. We are slowing adding more items and hope to have it back again this season.
Are you selling or taking gift cards?
Unfortunately not at the moment. The system we are using for curbside pickup does not allow us to process our gift cards. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully we will be able to get back to our “regular” system soon and you will be able to use them again! If anything changes, we will let you know right away so you can start using them!
